How do I properly shape my artificial tree after unboxing?
To achieve a full, natural look, start from the bottom section and work your way up. Gently pull each individual branch tip away from the center pole, spreading them in a fan-like pattern to fill any gaps.
What is the difference between 'Feel Real' and traditional PVC needles?
Our 'Feel Real' technology uses molded PE tips to mimic the texture and appearance of live tree branches, while traditional PVC needles are made from flat strips of material for added fullness in the interior of the tree.
What happens if a single bulb burns out on my pre-lit tree?
Most of our trees feature 'Bulb-Lock' or 'Dual Color' technology which ensures that if one bulb burns out, the rest of the strand remains lit. We recommend replacing burnt-out bulbs promptly to extend the life of the light set.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that returns for seasonal decor must be initiated prior to the holiday date to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for large holiday items?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Due to the size of our trees, we use specialized carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Are your wreaths and greenery suitable for outdoor use?
Many of our products are rated for outdoor use, but we recommend placing them in covered areas like porches or entryways to protect them from direct exposure to harsh elements and extreme sunlight.
