At National Tree Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your seasonal decor; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully repack the product in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all lights, stands, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely tape the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
